That depends on how they were moved. If they were manually nudged or dragged, this is easy to clear (so this is the only method I use now). You can go to the edit menu and choose Change and Chords and the default is Add to default position, so you press okay and you're done. Or you can drag around the handles or hit cmd A to select all while in the chord tool and then hit Clear or right click and choose clears manual positioning.
If they were altered on a system by system basis using the arrows, this is hard. There is no easy way to zero al the arrows, so I create a new staff and copy the contents to it, then delete the old staff. If you need to keep the page layout, use JW Copy part layout before you delete the old staff.
