You can define the playback for an expression to play only on a certain pass. If you open the expression selection dialog and click on an expression and then on the "Edit" button and then select the "Playback" tab, there is an option to "Play Only On Pass" and then a box where you can enter which time to have that dynamic play.

So you can duplicate the piano expression and then edit both of them so that one of them plays only on pass 1 (the first time through a passage) and the other plays only on pass 2 (the second time through a passage). Do the same for the forte expression, and then place the F which is defined for 1st pass only and the P which is defined for 2nd pass only.

Of course when you edit them, you can have the expression say "F prima volta" and "P secunda volta" or some such.

The main point is that you will need multiple instances of the expressions, each defined for specific passes.
