Depends on if you only need a few symbols or want to input a full staff
line with notes and symbols in word document.
For simple symbols you could use for example Bravura Text, but it is
difficult to access the symbols as they are in an upper unicode block.
So it also depends on the type of symbols. A few suggestion of fonts can
