Not very surprising?  Similar, as I recall, to last year’s, but I always think 
this list is really quite surprising compared to comparable lists of US 
listeners…

Part Spiegel im Spiegel at #3?  I call THAT surprising.
Ditto for the Matthew Passion at #1.  (Not Beethoven 9 or Beethoven 5.)
No Four Seasons in the top 10.
Dido and Aeneas in the top 10.
Pergolesi Stabat Mater in the top 10.

Many, many surprises as I see it.  A good example of Sly Stone’s aperçu:
