Cayuga Coffee House Farm Trail Brunch
10:00am - 12:00pm

Start at Cayuga Nature Center <http://www.cayuganaturecenter.org/> for a 
delicious local and organic brunch featuring ingredients from farm trail 
participants.  After brunch hit the trail and visit the farms where the 
food was grown. The meal will consist of items from the following farms:

-- Cayuga Pure Organics & The Gardens of Earthly Mirth
-- Kingbird Farm
-- Indian Creek
-- Glenhaven Farm
-- Blue Heron Farm
-- Sabols Farm
and more! 

Please call 273-6260 to RSVP for brunch.  Brunch is  $9 for adults, $5 
for children.

Permaculture Design Course Student Presentations 11:00am - 1:00pm
Join the Finger Lakes Permaculture Institute to learn about this 
sustainable design system and see the design plans course students have 
created for the front of the CNC property! We have been hosting 9 
certification candidates since August 3 and the presentations are the 
result of four days of intensive participation in a charette applying 
the skills and techniques learned in the course. For more information

Farm Trail Open House 12:30 - 5:00pm

Gather up friends and family and hit the Farm Trail! This is a great 
opportunity to connect with where your food comes from, see how it is 
grown, and meet the farmers growing it! Check out the Farm Trail Guide

products along the way. The "I Love Local Farms" Farm Trail Button is 
your pass to visit any of the participating farms.  Trail buttons are $5 
a person or $8 for a carpool (4 buttons). Buttons and Trail Guidess 
available at GreenStar Cooperative Market, Trumansburg Farmers Market, 
Cooperative Extension, and on farms the day of trail.  For more

Farm Trail Bike Tour

Pedal Your Way to the Farms! A guided cycling tour of the Farm Trail 
will leave at 11:30am from the Cayuga Nature Center and cyclists will 
visit 4 farms.  Guided bike tour is limited to 10 people. To register
