Since Earth Day in April, the IthaCan admin team has been busy behind the scenes getting members registered, planning our first project, exploring the possibilities for a community kitchen and updating the PreparedTompkins.org website. And now we're ready to start canning. Our kickoff project will be strawberry jam on June 28th, 9a-12p (optional light lunch). We will assemble participants into smaller groups.
