On February 2, Dave Jacke from Dynamics Ecological Design will present "Ecology, Design, and Agriculture: A New Synthesis" at 7pm in Center for Natural Sciences Room 112. The event is free and open to the public. Jacke will also sell and sign copies of his award-winning book, "Edible Forest Gardening".

On February 3, Sir Partha Dasgupta will present "The Economics of Sustainable Development" at 4pm in the Dorothy D. and Roy H. Park School for Business and Sustainable Development. Sir Partha Dasgupta, knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 2002 for his services to economics, is an A. D. White Professor-at-large at Cornell University. The event is free and open to the public.
