What if I want to force Fink to install a package in /usr/local/ ? How do I make it do that?
The installation docs indicate that using /usr/local is not a good idea. Once you have
the /sw with all your fink stuff in it, it is actually kind of nice. If you ever want to
get rid of it all you can just delete that directory and everything in it. I would suggest
taking the default. But if you really want to, you can specify /usr/local as the installation
location. Check the docs.
