You should let the package maintainer (listed under 'fink describe libogg')
know directly (in case they aren't reading the list right now) that the URL
is broken, so that the .info file can be updated.
You can install the file without editing the .info file if you can find a
copy of the tarball somewhere else. When you find one, just download it
manually, and copy it ('sudo cp') to you /sw/src directory. Then do the
'fink install' again.
To find the tarball, try a Google search for libogg.
