Thanks for your reply. I will try that if I still cannot make it work. I
already knew that fileutils can cause problems. To prevent problems I
allready tried renaming the fileutils from "*" to "gnu_*" (e.g. ls is
gnu_ls). I thought that would be enough to make sure that the system uses
the original commands in /bin or /usr/bin that Mac OS X ships with. Don't
you think so? But maybe it's best not to have them installed in the first
place, you never now...
