While installing rootless xfree86 with GNOME, there was trouble unpacking the bonobo package. I tried downloading the package again manually, but with the same result (so I doubt it's my system). Anyhow, I'm running 10.1.4 on a dual USB iBook. The exact error (in dselect) is as follows:
Reading Package Lists... Done Building Dependency Tree... Done Correcting dependencies... Done The following NEW packages will be installed: bonobo 0 packages upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded. 6 packages not fully installed or removed. Need to get 0B/7729kB of archives. After unpacking 0B will be used. Do you want to continue? [Y/n] Y (Reading database ... 23219 files and directories currently installed.) I'm going to configure the packages that were installed. This may result in duplicate errors or errors caused by missing dependencies. This is OK, only the errors above this message are important. Please fix them and run [I]nstall again Press enter to continue. -- I was able to compile bonobo from source, but nothing seems to be configured correctly for GNOME...
