The OSXGNU package manager belongs to a completely different system than
Fink.  As far as I can tell, it will install things into the "traditional"
Unix location of /usr/local.  Since Fink installs into its own directory
(the default is /sw), the two can be used together, in principle.  In
practice, though, there are some things you could install into /usr/local
which would interfere with Fink.  For a beginner, I would recommend
sticking with one or the other (and obviously, I prefer Fink!).
