As the note said when you 1st registered, and the reminder you receive about
every month, send a note to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the
word
help
in the subject will let you know the available options.
I believe that sending a note to that same email address from the account
that you subscribed from with the subject
unsubscribe
will do just that.
