Thanks for pointing this out.  We will need to fix the URL's for a handful of
fink packages which are affected by this problem.

In the meantime, you can get the file you need at

  http://us.dl.sf.net/fink/direct_download/source/texinfo-4.1.tar.gz

Once you have downloaded it, put it in your /sw/src directory and fink will
find it and use it.
