I just did as you suggested but it did not.  Thanks though.  As far as the
maintainer fixing the problem goes, the current maintainer is not a part of
the Fink Project anymore.  The second part of my question has been about how
to assign a new maintainer to the package.  I have a feeling the current MIA
maintainer for this package is associated to others, also.  Any suggestions?
