Dear all,

I am new to 'fink' and have so far installed only the bare essentials,
like fink itself and the X11 base package with the twm window manager. I
wanted to install the 'icewm' window manager and tried the following:

 > sudo apt-get install icewm
Password:
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Package icewm has no available version, but exists in the database.
This typically means that the package was mentioned in a dependency and
never uploaded, has been obsoleted or is not available with the contents
of sources.list
E: Package icewm has no installation candidate

What does this mean? Obviously there is a package called 'icewm', do I
need to give a version number?

Thanks in advance,
Michael
