I am new to Unix and Fink. I installed Fink and XDarwin successfully. When using sudo apt-get install bundle-kde I get the following error message: dpkg: `install-info' not found on PATH. dpkg: `update-rc.d' not found on PATH. dpkg: 2 expected program(s) not found on PATH. NB: root's PATH should usually contain /usr/local/sbin, /usr/sbin and /sbin. E: Sub-process /sw/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)
Can anyone shed some light ? the paths appear to be there to me. Is this something that belongs in a config file ? Thanks in advance for any help __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
