I just did a fresh install of 10.2 with OSx 10.2 Developer Tools.

The installation seemed to go well. I did have to change my file permissions in Step 4.
But when I get to Step 5, nothing happens for
fink selfupdate-cvs
I get command not found. I am in the finkcvs/fink directory.
Aha - i'm surprised noone has seen this before... The jaguar bootstrap instructions are missing a step.
Open a new Terminal.app window and type "pico .cshrc". A text editor will pop up. Enter this line:
source /sw/bin/init.csh
To get out of the editor, press control-O, return, control-X. Close the Terminal.app window.
