Hi!

I sent this yesterday but nobody seemed to see it.
First of all, I must thank Alexander and Benjamin for letting me
know how to get a running KDE on Jaguar.

Out of curiousity, I followed the instructions to ugrade fink for
Jaguar also on my G3 running 10.1.5.
That way I successfully updated xfree and many packages
(interestingly, KDE remained at v3.0.2, even though the unstable
tree was enabled according to the Jaguar upgrade instructions. I
assume fink noticed OS X is 10.1.5 and acted accordingly).

However, mpg123 refuses to even begin updating. Fink tells me it is
aware of a newer version:

---
[localhost:~] ramiro% fink list mpg123
Information about 1443 packages read in 9 seconds.

(i) mpg123 pre0.59s-4 Real time MPEG Audio Player for
Layer 1,2...
[localhost:~] ramiro% mpg123 --version
Version 0.59s-mh4 (2000/Oct/27)
---

But here's the output from my terminal when I try to update it:

---
[localhost:~] ramiro% fink update mpg123
sudo /sw/bin/fink update mpg123
Information about 1443 packages read in 2 seconds.

download.
Do you want to delete the tarball and download it again? [Y/n]
---

I even downloaded mpg123-pre0.59s.tar.gz from many sites, but the
result is always the same.
Also of interest is that if I uncompress the tarball with StuffIt,
I get a JUKEBOX file and a jukebox.1 directory, but if I uncompress
it with "tar -zxvf mpg123-pre0.59s.tar.gz" I get no JUKEBOX file.

What's going on? It's very weird!

Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks in advance,
