I have experienced some problems updating fink in 10.2
according to the Web instructions - was able to
continue by manually installing tar-1.13.25.tar.gz in
the sw/src directory,
But after what appeared to be a successful update
received this message

These are extended terminal capabilities which
can be compiled

i appear to have updated:
Package manager version: 0.10.0.cvs
Distribution version: 0.4.9.cvs
Is it necessary to install ncurses manually to fully
complete the upgrade?If so, how is this to be done?
Also I ran update-all, but the process was interupted
half-way during the download. Is it possible to get
fink to register what is already present and to
continue where it left off?
