[Fink-beginners] Fink Installation Problem - Please Help Me

I installed Fink over an existing installation of Fink.

I restarted, saw the mac os logo, watched the status bar complete, and then my computer hangs. I get a spinning rainbow cursor, and it doesnt go away.

PLEASE HELP, big problem
