Here's my suggestion:
1) remove system-xfree
2) uninstall your X11 with rpm first ('rpm -e X11', if I remember
correctly) to make sure your RPM database is correct.
3) remove /Applications/XDarwin.app, /usr/X11R6, and /private/etc/X11,
if present (they may not be there after (2)). You don't actually have
to remove OroborOSX.
4) install xfree86-rootless, which will give you xfree86-base as well.
5) Check to see if OroborOSX runs. If it doesn't then reinstall it (I
know that versions before 0.8 had to be reinstalled even after an
upgrade of xfree86, but I think 0.8 may not require you to do anything).
