Thanx to all for the help. I read your posts just now after 48 h. of
absence.
It seems a fine scrape for a newbie: configuring postfix, the 2 step of
"fink description" asked to do something with netinfo aliases, but terminal
said "aliases/root" no such directory; and "alias" command not found. So, I
reminded an italian mac page about disabled aliases in jaguar:
http://php.tevac.com/artview.php?art_id=4591

I understand that problem was the command:
>> echo "source /usr/share/tcsh/examples/rc" > ~/.tcshrc
>> echo "source /usr/share/tcsh/examples/login" > ~/.login
>> echo "source /usr/share/tcsh/examples/logout" > ~/.logout
and I don't know how to come back.
I can try the simplest suggestion of James Gibbs:
> "rm ~/.login"
I hope to restore system default without a new reinstallation.
