[Fink-beginners] OS X 10.2.2 Server and Ghostscript 7.04

When I call ghostscript from a perl script I get no result and the following messages in my system log:

Dec 10 01:08:36 localhost /usr/libexec/fix_prebinding: /sw/bin/gs could not be launched prebound.
Dec 10 01:08:36 localhost /usr/libexec/fix_prebinding: /sw/bin/gs couldn't be prebound in the past, and probably can't be prebound now.
Dec 10 01:08:36 localhost /usr/libexec/fix_prebinding: 2002-12-10 01:08:36 -0800: prebinding for gs done.

What does this mean? The script is fine because I had no problems with it in earlier versions of OS X and/or ghostscript.
