[Fink-beginners] Reinstalling KDE

Hello,
I was trying to update kdebase3 but I kept getting an error message stating that it couldn't be found.
So I tried to remove it to see if fink could find it - which it did.
I tried to install it again but received the error message below.
What does this mean and what do I need to do?
