The (mis)matching between the files being installed now and the files you have /sw/fink/debs.

I remember I did remove the .deb files.

Oh, that's why you have such a few .deb files. ;-) I have 431 there.

Anyway, the same update is under way on my machine, too. So, there were real updates on the CVS tree. Seems like they are mostly related to KDE and GNOME packages.
