Which is not correct, since there is no such file.  First of all, he's 
building from source, so it wouldn't be in /sw/var/cache/apt, and second, 
the filename would be something like kdelibs3_3.1-1_powerpc.deb, not just 
"kdelibs3".

It is probably safer to do "fink remove kdelibs3-dev; fink install 
kdelibs3".
