Cheers, David.This is a bug in the KDE provides/conflicts. You should be OK if you force install with dpkg, or force-remove kdelibs3-ssl and then try again.
I'm holding off on updates because the KDE folks are expected to decide whether the current release candidate will go final very soon. I don't want to force everyone to rebuild all of KDE 3 times in as many weeks. =)
