1. You didn't look in the list archives :-)
2. You didn't read the instructions on Fink's web site :-)
2. You are trying to install an old version
How you can correct it:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install system-xfree86
Or:
fink selfupdate-cvs
fink install system-xfree86
