First, why would anything at all want to link to Apple's libapplexp.dylib?
Second, you must have had Apple's X11 beta-2.0 installed and some other binary (uic) compiled while it was installed, whereas you now have the libapplexp.1.ylib from beta-1.0 installed. How did you do this?
