You should have /sw/include/ncurses/term.h and /sw/include/ncurses/ncurses.h. Looks like you are lacking ncurses, which is weird, since ncurses is an essential part of fink. Try either reinstalling it or "fink selfupdate-cvs" to get the latest version. It should automatically install after updating from cvs.

I don't know how many packages I've downloaded and installed trying to get 'term.h'. And it's probably already on my system somewhere.
