[Fink-beginners] Connection refused

Hi

Could you help me. When I try to download xfig using either fink or finkcommander, I get ther following message

 Could not connect to us.dl.sourceforge.net:80 (152.2.210.121). - connect (61 Connection refused) [IP: 152.2.210.121 80].
