[Fink-beginners] dlcompat files

I am attempting to install a package that requires the dlcompat-shlibs 
package, but it can't seem to find it to install.  I ran fink 
selfupdate-cvs, but I can only find files for dlcompat, not dlcompat-shlibs 
or dlcompat-dev.  Does anyone know where I can find the .info and .patch 
files for dlcompat-shlibs so that fink can install it?
