[Fink-beginners] Help installing arts

Hello, 
I am very happy to have X11, Fink, and Gnome2 running on my computer. 
I am now trying to install kde and/or kstars as well; however, after trying to install either, I have received the following error:

Can anyone tell me what is wrong or what I can do to fix it?
