G77 appears to compile my .f files, but the subsequent
executable does send output to terminal or files. Any
ideas??

ps. I found the following in the archives, but no one
at that time seemed to be able to offer Ethan any
advice. It appears to be the identical problem.

I just downloaded gnu fortran to run on a mac OS X
10.2.
Everything seems fine, and code compiles without
complaints, but
output from the program mysteriously disappears.
Directed output
files are empty and the `open' command does not seem
to actually
create a new file.
Suggestions?
