Using the current (1.4.7) code, chain names used in the accounting file
must begin with a letter and may contain embedded periods (".").
If you are running 1.4.7[a], you can download the 'functions' and
'firewall' scripts from CVS (Shorewall/ project) and install them in
/usr/share/shorewall/. You may then drop the requirement for the names
to start with a letter and they may also contain embedded dashes ("-").
