[Fink-beginners] Circular (still)

I have tried the few suggestions that are claimed to have cut the 
Gordian Knot for some individuals, but none of them have worked for me. 
Having never encountered the problem before  perhaps there is some 
aspect of the new 10.3 that is at work here.
