[Fink-beginners] fink update-all

I've asked this question before but have received no solution.  I'm sorry if I'm missing some information already given.  I would like to get kde and gnome working again. 
After installing Panther and successfully running fink selfupdate, I am still unable to run fink update-all.  It fails with this message:
