For some reason it tries to read from qt3-3.2.1-12, when the correct directory is qt3-3.2.2-1. I guess I need to rebuild some package, but have no clue which one, since libdesignercore.1.0.0.dylib belongs to qt3-designer.
It should work if you remove the old qt3 first (fink remove qt3) and then install (this is actually done for you in the new 3.2.2-2 package in unstable).
I'm looking for testers so I can move it to stable, so if you're willing to copy the one from unstable to your local tree, or enable unstable to give it a shot, I'd appreciate it. =)

Thanks Ben and Martin for your help. As we say in Spanish, "your desires are commands to me" ;-), so I'll do as you say and I'll give that version a shot.
However, when I looked for the corresponding files in the unstable tree, I was surprised to see that the dists symlink was pointing towards 10.2-gcc3.3 instead of 10.3. I can swear it changed to 10.3 when fink selfupdated, because it asked me for changing that.
Anyway, I ran "sudo /sw/lib/fink/postinstall.pl" as Martin suggested before in another thread, and fink re-recognized my 10.3 system. Right now I'm upgrading "dlcompat dlcompat-dev dlcompat-shlibs freetype2 freetype2-shlibs libpoll libpoll-shlibs" after a selfupdate-rsync, and, amazingly enough, qt3 was not showing as part of the updatable packages. I really don't know what happened. Maybe it reversed to 10.2-gcc3.3 at any point in the recent past without me noticing it...
OK. It just finished the update. "fink list qt3" returns:
---
<x-tad-smaller>(i) qt3 3.2.2-11 Cross-Platform GUI application framework
(i) qt3-designer 3.2.2-11 Cross-Platform GUI application framework
(i) qt3-dev 3.2.2-11 Cross-Platform GUI application framework
(i) qt3-doc 3.2.2-11 Cross-Platform GUI application framework
(i) qt3-linguist 3.2.2-11 Cross-Platform GUI application framework
(i) qt3-shlibs 3.2.2-11 Cross-Platform GUI application framework
</x-tad-smaller>---
I've just checked the 10.3 unstable tree to get the info and patch files for qt3, but only the three just-updated packages appear in it. I don't have unstable enabled in fink.conf, and would prefer not to do that. Doesn't the unstable tree get updated (or read) with a rsync selfupdate, as it would happen with the old cvs selfupdate?
