Unfortunately i have still some problems running fink's X11 on mac os 10.3:
i installed X11 with: $fink install xfree86
and updated the installation with
$fink selfupdate-cvs
$fink update
$fink update-all
When i run startx (in full screen and rootless mode), i get 2 terminal windows and a xclock.
But when i type some commands in the terminals i get no response:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ $pwd
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ $ ---->8----
I run XFree86 Version 4.3.99.16 and in the start-up script the following error messages appear:
----8<---- [..] Could not find keymapping file USA.keymapping. Reading keymap from the system. [..] Screen 0 placed at X11 coordinate (0,0).
waiting for X server to shut down Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/CID/, removing from list!
Quitting XDarwin...
---->8----
Can somebody tell me how to get the terminals working and is there a tutorial for choosing/selecting the window manager on XDarwin? I would like to have severals installed and to change the current one from time to time ...
