[Fink-beginners] HELP!!! -- injecting "iverilog-0.7-macosx10.2...tar.gz"

I am new to fink, and need some very elementary help with injecting a 
package into fink? (don't know if I am saying that right).  Want to use 
this verilog compiler to compile some source but I need to install it 
and configure it so that I can use it in fink.  If someone can tell me 
some simple steps and commands to type or how I can use FinkCommander 
correctly to do this, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks,
