The main issue here looks to be that there isn't an OSX native port--that's why it's so complicated.

Hi,
I'm having some problems trying to install gtkradiant on my system, I'm
using OSX version 10.2.8.
My main purpose was to edit level (mapping) on 3D games like Return To
Castle Wolfenstein. So I tried to follow the steps as told on Wiki's faq,
wich includes X11 install for my specific 10.2.8, then install Finck, copy
the "radiant.info" file from GtkRadiant'site, and then I should switch Finch
to unstable distribution, wich I have no idea of what to do about... How am
I to do it? After that Finch should normally download the gtkradiant
package...
When I read the many files on the net about this issue, they are full of
commands in terminal mode (I think... I'm not a progammer) and I don't
understand anything about it. So there comes to me another question :
- do we have to be that much used to that "programmer" language to be able
to get on gtkradiant installation for MacOsX?
I don't remember to have ever met such a hard installation process on a Mac.
I think a step by step info would be nice... I got time and patience to
overcome this, so feel free to send me eventually to some readings, books,
or better, assist me in a step by step process...
Many thanks for your help
Manuel
