a) A developer with developer access b) Someone behind a Firewall that is very strict c) someone that needs every info file available
Please run "slefupdate-rsync" once, then "selfupdate" on subsequent updates. CVS as update method has been deprecated for the common end user, in favour of rsync, which is faster and relies on the mirror structure.
