Alex,

This did no good at all. I only have around 35 items installed and 10+ are
not fink-based installations (e.g. Java, JDKs, APPLE OSX etc).

I did realise I have Virex7.2 installed, but not running - I am trying to
upgrade to 7.2.

So next question is how do I torch the Fink/Fink Commander world so I can be
totally fresh and it begins from cleanly?
