I'm no expert at this but Fink finds that you are using gcc3.3 which is  
not the same as OS10.3. It is a different distribution tree that allows  
OS10.2 to use many of the packages that 10.3 can use. Check and see if  
you have gcc3.3 installed, which fink says you do. Other than that  
there is nothing odd here and fink did its job.
