It depends on what tree you have installed (check the Distribution: line in /sw/etc/fink.conf). If you are using the 10.2 distribution, then there haven't been any changes.

On the other hand, if you are using the 10.2-gcc3.3 or 10.3 distributions, most likely there should have been some updates.
