I have a problem new to me that I think I saw earlier but don't find in
the archives. I use a TiBook and Panther and have the latest Fink &
KDE loaded. All works fine (except KMail) but I've lost the ability to
resize or move windows. Most applications (KDE) open in the middle of
the screen but some, like Mozilla, open at the top left and have no
'tool bar' so the only way to end the program is to end KDE. I have
changed most settings and returned to default settings without
regaining control of the windows. It "used to" work.
