Of course, it was easy... dpkg -S index.theme
I reinstalled kdelibs3-ssl and it works again now.
Still, each time I launch Quanta I have the message from Intego VirusBarrier X (last version, all virus signatures updated) that the file index.theme is infected by VBS.Crystal.A . So far I ignore this message but I think the maintainer should check the file.

Hi all,
Can you tell me please what package this file belongs to... it should be KDE related.
Intego Virus Barrier "cleaned" this file because it seems it is infected by a virus and now all KDE apps look ugly.
Should I uninstall or reinstall some packages?
