It looks like you are missing the file /usr/lib/crt1.o. This is a file that has changed its affiliation to installer packages. It used to be installed by Essentials.pkg, but is now part of DevSDK.pkg in the latest developer tools updates. The Apple installer has been known to drop such files that have changed their place in the packages. Try reinstalling DevSDK.pkg from XCode tools 1.2. You should see the following files:
