In general, it is not possible.

Many of those dependencies are only needed to *compile* svn, not to
run it. For example, apache is needed because svn has features that
support apache, not because you need apache to use svn, but because
when you build svn, that support is compiled at the same time. So if
you don't want to *use* the apache pieces, you can remove apache once
you have built svn. OTOH, if you did want to use svn with apache,
you'd probably have to use fink's apache. You *might* be able to
install the fink svn-apache-support files into your existing apache,
but I suspect Apple's and Fink's apaches may not be binary-compatible
and/or you'll have file/pathname differences (i.e., you're on your
own).
